LF CONSULT GmbH, based in Stuttgart, is a spin-off of the Fraunhofer Institute for Manufacturing Engineering and Automation IPA and was founded by Pit Löllmann and Ulrich Färber in 2002. We are a consulting and software company with high expertise in the areas of organizational development and agile software development and provider of a powerful software for capacity planning. Our goal is to measurably increase transparency, efficiency and adherence to schedules for our customers in the industrial and service sectors through lean planning solutions and processes.
With this goal in mind, we have developed continuously and solidly and have firmly established ourselves on the market. The independence of an owner-managed company enables us to focus entirely on our customers and strive for the best solution. Over a hundred customers from the service and production sectors now rely on our solutions. They appreciate our pragmatic and professional approach with a team-oriented way of working.

The Fraunhofer Institute for Manufacturing Engineering and Automation IPA is the largest location for production research in Europe. Innovation, i.e. the implementation of inventions in industrial practice, has been the driving force behind Fraunhofer IPA since it was founded over 50 years ago. With its interdisciplinary network, the IPA offers its research expertise for industrial implementation.
